The Foundation
First Case · Sharia Law · Legal Research
Began at Abdulrahman Alharthi Law Firm — conducting case studies, drafting contracts, and providing consulting in both legal and sharia law. Learned that law is not about the code; it's about the consequences. Spent two years building the foundation that everything else would stand on.
2020

Graduated from King Saud University with a 4.56 GPA. Moved immediately to Mohammed Almarshad Law Firm as Trainee Lawyer — drafting pleadings, representing clients in trials, and handling 40+ cases to successful resolution. Earned GRCP and Compliance Foundations certifications. Discovered that governance was where law became strategy.

Joined Majid Al Futtaim Properties as Paralegal — drafting contracts, negotiating with government entities, and managing Board Committees. Led Kuwait operations as acting member of the MAF Group management team. The moment legal drafting met corporate governance, and I knew exactly where I belonged.

Ceer PIF × Foxconn · Governance at Scale
Joined Ceer National Automotive Company — a joint venture between PIF and Foxconn — as Senior Corporate Governance Specialist. Managed shareholder relations, coordinated general assemblies, and prepared regulatory filings for one of Saudi Arabia's most high-profile industrial ventures. Operating at the intersection of national vision and corporate reality.

Brought in to build the Board Secretariat function at New Murabba — a landmark PIF development redefining Riyadh's future. Promoted from Assistant Manager to Manager in under two years. Today: leading the full governance framework, Delegation of Authority, and providing comprehensive support to the Board of Directors and all its Committees.
